Built for life materials and fitment

Built for life materials and fitment

We build our grinders to be lifetime tools, and that starts with two things most brands avoid. Proper materials and proper tolerances.

Certified stainless steel, full traceability

Our stainless steel is sourced through Valbruna from an Italian mill, with full certificates and traceability right back to the batch and the composition of the metal. No mystery metal, no shortcuts, no guessing what you are actually holding.

Stainless steel is trusted for demanding real world use. It is also widely used in medical instruments because it is tough, corrosion resistant and stable over time. That matters when a product is handled constantly.

Titanium done properly

When we use titanium, we use 6Al4V, the best we can get for strength, durability, and long term performance. Titanium alloys like this are used in medical and repair applications for a reason. They are reliable, corrosion resistant and widely valued for biocompatibility.

No aluminium. No coatings. No anodising

We do not use aluminium at all. Marketing loves phrases like aerospace grade, but aluminium is still aluminium, and most aluminium grinders rely on anodising or coatings to look and feel premium.

We do not play that game.

There is no anodising to wear, scratch, or flake off, because there is no anodising in the first place. What you feel is the real material all the way through.

Tolerances you can feel

Premium materials only matter if the fitment is right. Smooth engagement, clean alignment, consistent movement, and that solid feel in the hand all come from tight, controlled tolerances and the discipline to hold them batch after batch.

The hard way costs more, but we do it anyway

Stainless and titanium are harder materials. They take longer to machine, they are less forgiving, and they wear tooling faster. Cutters dull. Inserts die. Tools need replacing. We deal with it, because the alternative is letting standards slip, and that always shows up in the product.

We do not take shortcuts. Ever.

What this means for you

You get a grinder made from certified, traceable, inert materials, with no coatings to fail and no corner cutting behind the scenes. Just serious metals, tight tolerances, and a product that stays premium for the long haul.
