First off, I want to mention a quick tip for those who have complained about the lid magnet or those who may be struggling with theirs:
This is a well-designed, very low tolerance hunk of machined metal. I initially struggled with the perceived "strength" of the lid magnet myself, but after some troubleshooting (and my much stronger partner also struggling with it) I came to realize that it was a user-error thing. You have to pull the lid STRAIGHT off, without trying to pry it at an angle. It will release with low or minimal effort, like any other lid-magnet grinder; it is only as strong as it needs to be. If the magnet were weaker, it would be pointless, but as it is, it allows me to use the Aroma 3 as a "portable" grinder despite its density. I'd absolutely recommend getting it unless you plan on using it as a tabletop only grinder, but even then, the magnetic click is definitely satisfying and helps to ensure the grinder is properly closed. Practice it a few times upon opening you grinder, before loading it.
The teeth on this thing are sharp enough that you have to be careful with your fingers around them- but that isn't an issue, since you only need to gently place the material onto them and close it. There is no need to pack it in, and you can fill it to capacity, as long as you make sure it isn't hanging out of the outer edge or covering the middle.
I've had no issues with anything getting stuck or smearing onto the surface of the grinder; I can't imagine needing to clean it with anything, other than to remove oil/fingerprints from my hands. If you encounter this I would recommend airing out or adding a dessicant packet to your herb; I buy from a brand with consistent grow quality/curing practices and only have issues like that with ANY grinder if I stray and end up with something overly "sticky"/too wet.
Well worth the wait and even the price difference between this and some of the higher-end aluminum grinders. Threadless design almost completely eliminates any squeaking and I lose zero material; nothing getting gunked up or trapped into those tiny nooks. No screen, everything is fluffed together and collected into a bottom chamber with smooth edges. Get the scoop, and the bearing pull/replacement bearing kit; you'll have a low-to-zero maintenance grinder that you'll never need to replace.
