Innovative ball bearing system
The ball bearing system that changes how a grinder feels
Most grinders rely on metal on metal contact to keep the lid aligned. The top rubs on the body, friction builds up, resin grabs and the whole thing slowly turns into a sticky fight.
We took a different path.
Our grinder rides on a real ball bearing system. The bearing carries the load and keeps the top perfectly aligned, so the grind stays smooth, consistent and controlled. Instead of feeling the grinder bind up, you can actually feel the herb being cut. You get feedback through your fingers, not resistance through friction.
Why it matters
When the herb is still being cut, you feel it. There is a gentle, loaded resistance as the teeth do their job.
When the herb is finished, the top free spins. That is the moment you know it is done. No constant opening and checking. No guessing. Just grind until it spins.
What makes our system different
This is not a gimmick and it is not a “spins because it is loose” design. The bearing is the alignment system. It removes the need for the lid to rub against the body to stay true, which means:
• smoother action
• less friction and less wear
• consistent alignment every time
• a cleaner feel over the life of the grinder
• you can tell when the grind is finished by feel
Built to match the standard of the rest of the grinder
A bearing system only works if everything around it is made properly. That is why we machine our parts in house on premium Japanese machining centres and run top tier tooling. Tight tolerances, clean finishes, and the kind of precision you can feel the second you touch it.
Beware of imitations
Once something works, people copy the idea. The problem is, copying the concept is easy. Matching the engineering, tolerances, materials and overall execution is not.
If you want the real experience, buy from the people who designed it, prototyped it, tested it, and build it in house. That is how you know what you are getting.
